Subscription terms

For agreements on automatic card payment, the following terms apply in addition to Profort's general terms and conditions for the provision of sim card services. in the event of a conflict between the terms in general terms and automatic card payment, the latter applies.

An agreement on automatic card payment means that the customer's payment regarding subscription of Profort's services takes place by automatic transfer of the amount from the customer's payment card to Profort. The automatic transfer takes place on the date of expiry of the payment deadline.

Registration for automatic card payment is done by electronic self-service when ordering Sim cards and phone numbers.

Upon registration for automatic card payment, a third party, approved in accordance with international security standards, registers and stores the necessary payment card information for use in automatically debiting the customer's payment card on behalf of Profort. The customer can change his payment card information at any time and cancel the subscription.

If the customer is registered for automatic card payment and it cannot be completed due to the customer's circumstances (if the payment is rejected by the customer or the bank), Profort is entitled to send reminders to the customer by ordinary mail. Profort is entitled to charge a reminder fee for this, and Profort is entitled to terminate the agreement if the payment is rejected.

The subscription must be canceled 30 days before the expiration, otherwise Profort is entitled to extend the subscription for a further minimum contract term which is either 6 months for private individuals or 12 months for businesses.

For subscription type ‘Private’, the normal usage is calculated for free data and max. 50 SMS per month. If the abovementioned usage is exceeded, Profort reserves the right to invoice the excess usage with DKK 0.25 (incl. VAT) / SMS, DKK 1.00 per. minute (incl. VAT) / talk and DKK 0.50 per calls (incl. VAT). SMS may not be sent abroad. If this is exceeded, SMS to EU countries will be invoiced with DKK 1.00 (incl. VAT) / SMS and non-EU countries with DKK 3.00 (incl. VAT) / SMS.

For subscription type ‘Business’, the average usage is calculated for free data and max. 75 SMS per month. If the mentioned usage is exceeded, Profort reserves the right to invoice the excess usage further with DKK 0.20 (excl. VAT) / SMS, DKK 0.80 per. minute (excl. VAT) / talk and DKK 0.40 per calls (excl. VAT). SMS may not be sent abroad. If this is exceeded, SMS to EU countries will be invoiced with DKK 0.80 (excl. VAT) / SMS and non-EU countries with DKK 2.40 (excl. VAT) / SMS.

For subscription type ‘Business Plus+’, the average usage is calculated for free data, max. 10 minutes talk incl. 25 calls and max. 100 SMS per month. If the mentioned usage is exceeded, Profort reserves the right to invoice the excess usage further with DKK 0.20 (excl. VAT) / SMS, DKK 0.80 per. minute (excl. VAT) / talk and DKK 0.40 per calls (excl. VAT). SMS may not be sent abroad. If this is exceeded, SMS to EU countries will be invoiced with DKK 0.80 (excl. VAT) / SMS and non-EU countries with DKK 2.40 (excl. VAT) / SMS.

Agreements are only entered into where the customer registers Dankort, Visa Dankort or MasterCard.

Renewal and deletion of payment card information is done by logging in to the website.
